Welcome to my web gallery. I hope you enjoy the photos posted here.
I am an amateur photographer from west central Ohio. Photography has always been one of my passions.
Living in the area of Ohio that I am, it is hard to find a “grand landscape” to photograph. One thing we do have here in Ohio are beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are many other items of interest in this area just waiting to be photographed. One just needs to use their imagination and vision to find them.

If you enjoy what you see, please share this link with a friend.

"To photograph truthfully and effectively is to see beneath the surfaces and record the qualities of nature and humanity which live or are latent in all things."
Ansel Adams

Please enjoy,
Jeff Stephens

I was blown away once again!! Your pictures are truly works of art!!! I only wish that I could manage to see your subjects the same way you are able to capture them on film!!!!!

Hi Jeff,

I love these pics, I have already shared the link with some family - keep up the good work! You should consider teaching some classes for newbies like me! :)

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed looking at your photographs. Absolutely wonderful composition and exposure control from macro to wide. I share your thoughts on subject matter in and around Darke County and have just made the transition to digital. You've came a long way from crouching behind your dad's jeep (stuck in Michigan sand) trying to capture that action shot with a Kodak Instamatic!

Great pics, Jeff. Nice eye for composition ... but I know a lot of hard work just being there to get the shot. I'm on dial-up but I viewed them all!
You'll have to tell us more about HDR.

These really are amazing! You have a great eye on capturing cool moments and constrasting colors on film! I really enjoyed them!
